TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using morli.co (the "Site") or purchasing any products from MORLI, operated by EETSWA LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from morli.co. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have their authorization to do so.

3. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to display our supplement products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, ingredients, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors and packaging may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify formulations at any time without prior notice.

All products sold on morli.co are intended for use by adults in good health. These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By submitting an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or in quantities exceeding reasonable personal use.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING BILLING

MORLI offers subscription options that provide automatic recurring deliveries at a discounted rate. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize EETSWA LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected (e.g., monthly) until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at hello@morli.co at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Subscription prices are subject to change; we will provide advance notice of any price changes before they take effect.

Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled for that billing cycle. Prepaid subscription orders are non-refundable except as otherwise required by applicable law.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. EETSWA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@morli.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us at hello@morli.co within 30 days of delivery. Returns may be accepted for unopened products in original condition. Opened or partially used products may be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.

8. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The products sold on morli.co are dietary supplements. They are not intended to replace a balanced diet, medical advice, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. You should consult your physician or healthcare provider before using any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medications.

Results from using MORLI products may vary from person to person. Any testimonials or reviews on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not intended to represent or guarantee that all customers will achieve the same results.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on morli.co including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software is the property of EETSWA LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, using automated tools to scrape or harvest data, submitting false or misleading information, or engaging in any conduct that violates the rights of others.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. EETSWA LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EETSWA LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
