REFUND POLICY

Order Modification or Cancellation
Please email us at hello@morli.co as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We will do our best to process your request; however, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes, including address updates or cancellations.

Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after purchase, please contact us at hello@morli.co with your order number and we will investigate for you.

IMPORTANT: We cannot be responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping details are confirmed in your order email, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review and notify us of changes immediately. Any reshipping costs will be invoiced to the customer.
We are also not responsible for failed deliveries if no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Custom Duties
Customs policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details that may apply to your shipment.

Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are beyond our control, and we cannot reimburse or refund them. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

If a package is returned or refused due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Order
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@morli.co with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item you received. 

If 7 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any reason including a damaged or incorrect order.

Returns
Because MORLI products are food/consumable items, returns are not accepted for health and safety reasons unless the product is faulty.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact hello@morli.co and our team will assist with a replacement where appropriate.

Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear.
