Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all subscription orders and on orders where you purchase 2 or more packs as a one-time purchase. This applies to both North American and international orders.

For orders of 1 pack as a one-time purchase, a shipping fee of $4.95 USD applies.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

• United Kingdom 10-15 Days Shipping 

For the rest of the world, we process orders within 3 days, and most arrive in about 15 days after dispatch. Sometimes delays can happen due to customs or carrier issues, but many orders arrive sooner.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. This typically occurs within 1–2 business days after placing your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
